Plai is an AI-powered design platform that allows users to create custom artwork and print it on various physical products. Our service includes:

• AI art generation tools
• Design customization features
• Product printing and fulfillment services
• Design storage and management

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for your account activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plai and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Designs created using our AI tools are considered your original creations. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may have similarities to other works and you agree to use such content responsibly.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Free Services

AI design generation is provided free of charge subject to our fair use policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time.

6.2 Paid Services

Physical product orders require payment before fulfillment. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on physical products. Digital services (AI generation) are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Fair Use Policy

Our platform is designed for creative use. We implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users:

• Maximum 500 AI generations per user per day
• Storage limit of 100 designs per user account
• Automated or excessive usage may result in account restrictions

8. Content Guidelines

You agree not to create or generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or content inappropriate for general audiences
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Contains personal information of others without consent

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
